If you cancel the experience less than 48 hours before it starts, you will not be refunded the amount paid. Any changes made less than 48 hours before the start of the experience will not be accepted. The cut-off time is based on the local time of the place where the experience takes place. It has to be good weather so that this experience can be carried out. If cancelled due to bad weather conditions, you will be offered another date or a full refund of the amount paid.

Be sure to wear sunscreen, comfortable tennis or walking shoes and a sweater, as it tends to get colder the higher you climb.
